THIS DIET STINKS!!!!!!!  I am ready to hang myself.  I am weak, I can’t see straight and have a ferocious, splitting headache.  GM Diet held hope at first… as I was allowed to indulge in fruits AND vegetables, but DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE.

Well I made it through Day 1… against all odds.  My work office held only temptations.  In every corner, in every hallway, in every cubicle lurked evil.  Snack devils everywhere offering me chips, candy and anything else that was not fruit… the only ingredient I could eat on this torturous GM diet.

Well at 6 AM EST this morning I weighed in, hence kicking off the GM diet.  I took out my old friend Mr. Scale, we exchanged morning greetings and then I mercilessly stepped on him.  Mr. Scale expressed his displeasure by outputting 229 LBS.  “YOU ROTTEN, LOW DOWN, FILTHY SCALE”

I have officially declared tomorrow, Monday, February 9, 2009 as my official start date of the GM diet. The official weigh in is at 6 AM EST. I feel like a boxer… weighing in before a fight… or in my case a small Sumo wrestler.
